Do my points expire?
Points will expire after 1 year if there isn't any account activity.

What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.

How does the Refer a Friend program work?
Only registered customers can see and copy their referral link in their account. You share a link with friends via email, social media, etc. Friend clicks the referral link, registers, and places an order. Once the friend’s order reaches Completed Status, the referrer earns reward points.
